Essential Selection Partnership (ESP) was established in 2011 by two Partners with more than 20 years of combined recruitment experience within the financial services and property sectors.
Mark Sanglikar (Partner)
Mark has over 10 years experience placing senior permanent Accounting & Finance roles in the Sydney market. Prior to establishing ESP, Mark spent 4 years working for a boutique financial services recruitment firm where he quickly established himself as a key performer within the Sydney Financial Services and Property landscape. Mark’s areas of specialisation include Investment/Institutional Banking, Retail & Business Banking, Funds Management and Property. With a strong quality focus Mark’s candidate fall out rate of 0% over 150 plus Executive placements further demonstrates his commitment to adding long term value to his clients and working in partnership with his candidates. Mark is well known to the London product control market and is also well networked across the local Big 4 accounting firms.
Mark has a BA (Hons) in International Relations from Nottingham University and is an avid football fan, keen traveller and all round sports enthusiast.
